The Strikers Cup will be held on August 24th to 26th, 2012. This tournament is a Cal South sanctioned Class 1 Tournament as is open to all USSF affiliated teams. We accept all USSF National Association Player Passes.
Our tournament is one of the last tournaments to be held before the opening of CSL and SCDSL season and the Presidio League’s competitive season.
We will do our best to bracket every participating Strikers Cup team with teams in their respective CSL, SCDSL and Presidio placement levels . This procedure has been designed to offer all of our participating teams a well organized and competitive experience.
Trophies and medals are provided to the Champions and medals for Finalists in every Flight. We host brand new teams, mid-level teams and the most highly competitive teams in the United States.
This Tournament is the perfect tournament to play in to prepare for your league season. You will play on the finest fields in Orange County, we have contracted with the finest hotels. Our tournament is fun for everyone and is truly a family event.
Each Team will be scheduled a minimum of 3 games.
The age groups are for the 2012-2013 Season.
In any age group where there are two or more flights, the tournament committee alone will determine into which group teams will be placed.
CHECK-IN will be at the fields where the team plays its' first (1st) game. Please check in at check-in tent one hour prior to the kick-off time
If you wish to APPLY FOR PARTICIPATION in Strikers Cup 2012, please follow the on-line registration. The Application must be received by the Tournament Committee on or before August 15, 2012. Acceptances will begin being e-mailed by August 20, 2012 or earlier. Early acceptance for those teams outside Southern California may be granted to those requesting this consideration.
Tournament Fees: U-8 thru U-10 $500; U-11 thru U-14 $600.
PLEASE REMEMBER THESE IMPORTANT FACTS:
As you complete this application and make your payment online or by mail, your application is considered complete and your team will be considered for acceptance into the tournament. Making your payment does NOT guarantee acceptance into the tournament. You will receive confirmation that a payment has been received. This is not an acceptance notification into the tournament. The Strikers Cup, while trying to be equitable in it's team selections, reserves complete jurisdiction of the teams that are selected for whatever reason.

REFUND POLICY FOR STRIKERS CUP
Partial refunds for cancelled or suspended games will be considered by the Tournament Committee to determine the extent of a refund but said refund will not exceed $100 per game. No refund will be allowed due to forfeit of any game by any team accepted to tournament.
Any team that withdraws from the Tournament after the team has been accepted or on or after August 15, 2012, which ever date occurs first, will not receive a refund of any kind.
