WELCOME TO THE S.C. BAYERN CUP

S.C. Bayern is proud to present the 4th Annual S.C. BAYERN CUP. The tournament will be held on July 3rd and 4th, 2010. The S.C. Bayern Cup is a Cal South sanctioned Class 1 Tournament open to all USSF affiliated teams. We accept all USSF National Association Player Passes.

Our tournament has been designed to offer all of our participating teams a well organized competitive experience. We do our very best to insure every team is bracketed in a Flight specifically designed for their competitive level. Trophies and medals are provided to the Champions and Finalists in every Flight. We host brand new teams, mid-level teams and the most highly competitive teams in the United States.

This Tournament is the perfect tournament to play in over the 4th of July Holiday Weekend. You will play on the finest fields in Orange County, we have contracted with the finest hotels and every field is close to the beach. Each beach city puts on a dazzling fireworks display. If that is not enough for you, we can arrange tickets for you to the Galaxy Home Game on July 4th where it puts on a spectacular fireworks display. The Galaxy display is one of the best in Southern California. Our tournament is fun for everyone and is truly a family event.

Each Team will be scheduled a minimum of 3 games.

The age groups are for the 2009/2010 playing season.

In any age group where there are two flights, the tournament committee alone will determine into which group teams will be placed.

 

CHECK-IN will be at the fields where the team plays its' first (1st) game. Please check in at the SC Bayern tent at least thirty minutes prior to the kick-off time.

If you wish to APPLY FOR PARTICIPATION in S.C. BAYERN CUP 2010, please follow the on-line registration instructions or download and print the Application and return the completed application following the instructions printed on the application itself. The Application must be received by the Tournament Committee on or before June 22, 2010. Acceptances will begin being e-mailed by June 23, 2010 or earlier. Early acceptance for those teams outside Southern California may be granted to those requesting this consideration.

Tournament Fees: U-8 thru U-10 $495; U-11 thru U-14 $585.

PLEASE REMEMBER THESE IMPORTANT FACTS:

As you complete this application and make your payment online, your application is considered complete and your team will be considered for acceptance into the tournament. Making your payment does NOT guarantee acceptance into the tournament. You will receive confirmation that a payment has been received. This is not an acceptance notification into the tournament. The S.C. BAYERN CUP, while trying to be equitable in it's team selections, reserves complete jurisdiction of the teams that are selected for whatever reasoning. The S.C. Bayern Tournament Committee looks forward to making your experience at the S.C. BAYERN CUP a truly enjoyable competition as well as a great vacation.

REFUND POLICY FOR THE S.C. BAYERN CUP

Partial refunds for cancelled or suspended games will be considered by the Tournament Committee to determine the extent of a refund but said refund will not exceed $100 per game. No refund will be allowed due to forfeit of any game by any team accepted to tournament.

Any team that withdraws from the Tournament after the team has been accepted or on or after June 15, 2010, which ever date comes first, will not receive a refund of any kind.
